From On the River

This was found along the Grand River during the river clean-up that took place on September 19, 2009. I found this Coors Light container in a parking lot along Fulton. It was within view of a garbage. It's context made me wonder about people's natures and why we found so much garbage. Are people too lazy to bring their trash to a garbage? Is it because they don't see a garbage? If trash receptacles were made more accessible, would the city be cleaner?
