From On the River

This apple came from an orchard in ionia county. Elsie M. got it at a Red Hat (Saranac Branch) event at an orchard and gave it to Millie who gave it to Brenda and I. It has been in our refrigerator since Sunday. If it is like the other ones it is tart, but not sour. Good apple for applesauce or an apple pie. Alright for eating too. Not mealy.
