This Object was found near the outlet for Processed water from the Grand Rapids Water Filtration Plant. Right after this find a large gasket was found that looked like a bike tire that would be a perfect size to match the inner tube. The gasket was solid rubber.
It is a bicycle inner tube that somehow got packed full of sand. If is heavy and feels like a big polish sausage.
